Grounds and planting days
Seasonal work on the memorial grounds — planting, mulching, tidying paths and caring for the heritage trees.

Setting up, welcoming visitors and helping ceremonies run smoothly on the day.
Research and archives
Helping trace regiments, service records and sources, and checking historical entries against citations.
Education and school visits
Supporting teachers and student groups visiting the memorial.
Community outreach
Connecting the project with veterans' organisations, cultural associations and local schools.
Photography and documentation
Recording the memorial's construction, events and seasons for the project's own archive.
